FAVOURITE STUDENT WORK: Jhean Capitan

Previous Student Blogs and Title Sequences

My favourite previous student work is set 5, group 22's title sequence, "Grey Area".

I found this piece really interesting and captivating because of their clear sequence and the ideas presented. From the moment the title sequence started, I instantly understood the genre because of the clear shots of a chasing sequence.

The shot and the music clearly highlights the motive of the story. The running sequence is exaggerated in hopes to enhance the genre of the product. Because of this, I can clearly understand what is happening thus leading me to become immersed in the title sequence.

As well as the variation of shots and music, the setting makes it much more immersive as it takes the audience to a dark and dreary place such as the alleyway that the group captured.

As for the student blog, I appreciate blog 4, set 7 group 32's blog. It was detailed and easy to read due to the bullet points and used a variation of ICT apps thus making it a good blog as well as making it easy to consume.
